He explained the full procedure and what to expect after the treatment to me which really put my mind at ease.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to any one who needs a pest issue sorted. From the initial telephone conversation with Alison in the office, the service has been first class. Within 30 minutes of making the call, Neil called and had identified the problem literally within minutes. He was very polite, respectful of my property and updated me with everything he was doing.
